Clinical.-Ear, perifollicular inflammation of. Boils in meatus.
Characteristics.-"Indicated by clinical experience for perifollicular inflammation. The extreme prostration of Picric acid is relieved by this salt also" (Houghton). Minute and excessively painful boils in meatus. Picric acid and all its salts are curative in states of intense prostration and fatigue.
