Pain in the forehead, and disposition to vomit on stooping.
Eyes.
Redness of the eyes, with blue margins.
Contraction of the pupils and dimness of sight.
Ears.
Violent pain in the right ear, extending to the throat ; throat feels contracted, with burning pain during deglutition.
Face.
[5] Pale face, with desponding expression.
Pain in the lower jaw, with stinging in the teeth and cheek.
Throat.
Contraction of the throat, with desire to swallow.
Stomach and Abdomen.
Tympanitic distention of the abdomen and rising of air.
Cutting colic, with distention ; relieved by a soft stool.
[10] After the colic ceases, chilliness, with burning in the palms of the hands.
Urinary Organs.
Small quantity of red, burning urine.
Chest.
Constriction of the chest down to the pit of the stomach.
Pain in the region of the heart, as if a bar were extending from the heart to the right side, with oppressive anxiety, palpitation of the heart, small pulse, hot hands and general chilliness.
Extremities.
The limbs are painful and languid.
[15] Pain and chilliness between the shoulders.
Pain in the shoulder, as if inflamed.
Suppression of the habitual sweat of the feet.
Sleep.
Irresistible drowsiness.
Fever.
Chilliness, with goose-flesh.
